HOK Architects Relocates Houston Headquarters

HOK Architects has signed a long term lease to relocate its Houston headquarters to 3200 Southwest Freeway from 2800 Post Oak Boulevard.  HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm, was a long time tenant at Williams Tower prior to making the move to the Greenway area, where it will occupy roughly 40,000 square feet on two floors in January 2015.  HOK was represented in the transaction by Anthony Fritsche and Jay Cliburn of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, and JP Hutcheson and Eric Siegrist with Cassidy Turley handled negotiations for the landlord, Parkway Properties.  Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
