Tommy’s 33 years of commercial real estate experience includes 13 years in corporate real estate. After 8 years with Enron Property Company, he formed and managed the real estate department for Browning-Ferris Industries, the then second largest solid waste disposal company in the United States.
Tommy joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999 as the leader of a team responsible for disposing of 503 industrial and office properties in 41 countries on behalf of Halliburton Energy Services. After 10 years of representing tenants in the office market, he joined Fritsche Anderson in June 2009. He has continued to work on behalf of tenants as well as sellers of small office buildings, and raw land. He has represented clients in complex transactions in a variety of industries including financial services, environmental engineering, legal, consulting, investment banking and advertising. Tommy is a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church and is active as a Board Member for The Texas Center for the Missing.
