The Client:

An individual who formerly operated his business from the building and leased the remaining space to multiple tenants in various configurations over the years. 

The Challenge:

Dispose of an empty 120,000 SF distribution building including 15,000 SF of office space located in the Northwest Houston industrial submarket. While the facility was structurally sound and the office space was in good condition, the twenty year old building, with its original roof, was configured for a single tenant only.
