Rimkus Consulting Group Signs Sublease at 12140 Wickchester

In one of the largest Houston transactions of 2020, Rimkus Consulting Group, a Houston based forensic engineering firm, will relocate its office headquarters to 12140 Wickchester in Houston’s Energy Corridor in Q4 2020. Anthony Fritsche with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented Rimkus in the transaction, while CBRE handled negotiations on behalf of the sublandlord, Linde Engineering. Rimkus will vacate approximately 40,000 square feet at 8 Greenway and will occupy two floors at its new Wickchester location, which will be home to roughly 140 employees.
