ICON Clinical has signed a new lease for 10,099 square feet of office space at 2150 Town Square Place in Sugar Land. ICON, a global provider of services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, will relocate from 13131 Dairy Ashford. Their new location is at the heartbeat of Sugar Land, part of a new mixed-use development home to restaurants, entertainment, City Hall and high-end residential. ICON was represented by Anthony Fritsche and Sam Pouns of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners in Houston. Don Janssen handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Planned Community Developers.
