Nortex Corporation will relocate its corporate headquarters to 3009 Post Oak from 1415 Louisiana in the first quarter of 2015. Nortex is an oil and gas exploration and development firm with over 2,000 domestic producing properties, primarily in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The firm, which will leave its long time headquarters in downtown Houston for space in the newly constructed (2013) property in the Galleria market, was represented by Anthony Fritsche and Albert Spiers with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Rich Pancioli with CBRE handled negotiations for the landlord. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners is a Houston-based commercial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of office and industrial tenants in Houston and across the United States.
